"Cây bút chì nhỏ mọn hèn" mỗi tuần được Thầy Bạn Tri Kỷ, James Ngô Tường, SDD, mời viết suy niệm Tin Mừng CN bằng Anh ngữ (tầm 500 từ) cho Cộng đoàn CGVN tại Pensacola, Florida. Đây không phải là việc dễ, nhưng "đầy tớ vô dụng, kể cả vô duyên" chỉ biết "vâng lời Thầy (Tường), em... thả lưới!"

The Parable of the Two Sons
"Son, go and work in the vineyard today."
(Matthew 21:28)

Jesus told this parable to invite all of us to work in the vineyard which is the Kingdom of God. But not everybody wants to work! In the parable, the older son finally changed his mind and did what his father wanted.
Happy to those who work for God, not for men on earth, and believe His Only and Beloved Son who was sent by Him to save men and women, the sinners. However, God's chosen people did not believe Jesus, the Savior. Therefore, Jesus said to them, "I tell you: the tax collectors and prostitutes are going into the Kingdom of God ahead you. For John the Baptist came to you showing you the right path to take, and you would not believe Him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed Him. Even when you saw this, you did not later change your minds and believed Him" (vv. 31-32).
Today, my young Vietnamese friends, do you believe Jesus? If you do not believe Him, that means you do not have the faith yet, then I am happily to invite you to pray God for this big gift of faith. Having faith, you will be saved and will enter in the Heaven where God The Trinity, our Mother and all saints reign.
May God bless you and specially give you the faith in His Son, Jesus.
